Article 1 – Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between NEXUS SYNERGY – FZCO, operating the site vitacop.io under the brand Vitacop, and any individual making a purchase via the site.
Their purpose is to define the rights and obligations of both parties relating to the online sale of copper bottles and related accessories.
By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

Article 3 – Products
Products offered on the site are described and presented as accurately as possible.
They may come from various manufacturers, workshops or logistics partners located in Europe, the United Arab Emirates or Asia.
Product photos are non-binding but offer a faithful representation of the items offered.
Slight variations in color, texture or finish may occur due to screens or production batches.
Offers are valid while stocks last or according to supplier production capacity.
Article 4 – Price
Prices shown on the site are in the indicated currency (EUR by default) and include VAT when applicable.
Prices do not include possible customs duties, local taxes, or import fees due in the destination country.
Any such charges are the customer’s responsibility and do not fall under Vitacop's or NEXUS SYNERGY's liability.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the price applied is the one in effect when the order is placed.
Article 5 – Order
Customers place orders via the website by adding chosen products to the cart and confirming payment.
Before confirmation, a comprehensive summary allows the customer to check all essential details: products, quantity, price, addresses.
An order is only considered final after payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email is sent automatically to the address provided.
NEXUS SYNERGY – FZCO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment problems, suspected fraud or ongoing disputes.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or compatible solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) according to the options offered on the site.
Payments are totally secure and processed by Stripe or WooCommerce Payments.
Debit occurs immediately, even if shipment follows later, according to international e-commerce practices.
NEXUS SYNERGY – FZCO never stores your banking details.
Article 7 – Shipping
Products are shipped from various warehouses (Europe, United Arab Emirates or other regions) depending on their origin.
Delivery times vary according to product and destination country.
Normally, delivery takes 5 to 15 working days, but it may be longer for certain custom or made-to-order items.
Responsibility for goods passes to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Customers are invited to check the parcel’s condition upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
Article 8 – Withdrawal and returns
In line with consumer law (applicable to EU-resident private customers), customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted if products are:
complete, unused, and in their original condition,
returned in the original packaging,
accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return costs may be at the customer’s expense, depending on product type and return location.
Custom, personalized or non-returnable items for hygiene reasons are not eligible for a refund.

Article 9 – Guarantees
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
If a defect is found, the customer should contact customer service as soon as possible with supporting photos.
After assessment, the product may be replaced, exchanged or credited.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear, damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly or lack of maintenance.
Article 10 – Personal data
Personal data collected during orders is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
This data is used exclusively for order management, invoicing, shipping and customer service.

Article 11 – Intellectual property
All the website’s content (texts, images, logo, Vitacop brand identity) is protected under intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written consent is strictly forbidden.
Article 12 – Governing law and disputes
These T&Cs are subject to the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, where NEXUS SYNERGY – FZCO is registered.
For sales to consumers in the EU, mandatory provisions of their local consumer law apply.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
