2. Order processing time
Order processing: 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Preparation & packaging: Each item is carefully inspected before shipment.
Shipment notification: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the customer receives an email containing the tracking number.
Processing times may vary based on the nature of the product and where it is manufactured.
Made-to-order, handmade, or bulky items may require additional preparation time.
3. Average delivery time

5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking link.
This link allows you to follow your shipment from the warehouse to the final delivery address.

6. Shipping destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide.
However, certain destinations may be excluded due to logistical or customs restrictions (remote regions, islands, military addresses).
If shipping is not possible for a specific address, the customer will be informed promptly and fully refunded.
7. Partial deliveries
For logistical or availability reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If this occurs:
Each package will have its own tracking number,
And you will receive a separate email for each shipment.

8. Delays, lost packages or damaged items
