Payment terms

1. Immediate payment
When you place an order on our website, payment is charged immediately upon checkout confirmation, not at the time of shipment.

3. Payment security

4. Invoicing
An electronic invoice will be sent to you by email when your order is confirmed.
Billing and payment data are archived in accordance with the legal obligations of Vitacop.
5. Payment refusal or issues
If your payment is declined by your bank, your order will be canceled. You will need to place your order again or contact our customer service at hello@vitacop.io.
6. Refunds
In the event of a refund (cancellation or approved return), the amount will be re-credited to your original payment method within an average of 3 to 5 business days.
7. Special terms for business clients
For business clients (such as architects, decorators, hospitality projects), payment terms may vary (e.g., deposits, project-based invoicing) and are subject to specific agreements.
